2nd post

On today's lesson we were cooking lemon cheesecake tarts and caramel tarts. We worked in a group of four. Two of us cooked lemon cheesecake tarts and other two cooked caramel tarts. My partner and I cooked caramel ones.
We had some trouble when mixing the ingredients. We had cheese on our tray and in the recipe it said to mix all the ingredients. We did so, but then we found out that the cheese should not be on the tray and we had to take the cheese out of the sauce pan.
Despite this problem, we cooked really good tarts and they looked really good.
We had to do 12 caramel tarts and other two girls cooked 12 cheesecake tarts. So, at the end we each got 3 caramel tarts and 3 cheesecake tarts.
